Our refund policy applies over a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your declaration, we absolutely need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer as it is our responsibility to assist you.

– Books with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
As part of the refund:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame, which varies depending on the type of payment chosen.
In the context of a late or missing refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on the type of payment chosen, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Regarding the Items sold:
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Regarding the exchange policy:
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange or return an item, contact us via our contact form, we will give you the instructions to follow.
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and you received it in a damaged condition, you will receive a “gift credit” for the value of the gift. Once the item has been returned and received on our premises, a gift certificate amounting to the price of the gift will be sent to you.

You will be solely responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. If your refund request has been accepted, the return costs will be refunded to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item when returning it.
